There are two ways of one-day visiting of national park Altyn-Emel:
The first way (r ecommended departure Almaty at 7.00):
Transfer: Almaty city - Kapchagay city - Chengeldy village - the first post of reserve - Besshatyr Burial Mounds (some barrows and a plenty of the established vertical stones around of them) - Singing Dune (mountain from sand in height more than 100 meters, long more than 1 kilometer, width more than 500 meters) - the post of Shagan - White mountains (paleontologic mountains of various colors) - Bashi village - Sary-Ozek village - Shengeldy village - Kapchagay city - Almaty city (645 km). Walking to Bsshatyr Burial Mounds, Singind Dune, White mountains . Lunch. Return to Almaty.
P. S. This way the most optimum and logical way for visiting national park. But during from April till June arrival in park this way, through the first post, can be closed for the reason that in park at animals birth of cubs. Till April and after June this way is opened for visiting.
The second way ( recommended departure Almaty at 6.00 - 6.30):
Transfer: Almaty city - Kapchagay city - Chengeldy village - Sary-Ozek village - Altyn-Emel Pass (Í-1711) - Bashi village - the post Shagan - Singing Dune (mountain from sand in height more than 100 meters, long more than 1 kilometer, width more than 500 meters) - Kattu-Tau mountains (stone red mountains) - White mountains (paleontologic mountains of various colors) - Bashi village - Sary-Ozek village - Shengeldy village - Kapchagay city - Almaty city (736 km). Walking to Singind Dune, Kattu-Tau and White mountains . Lunch. Return to Almaty.
The two-day's program:
1 Day. Transfer: Almaty city - Kapchagay city - Chengeldy village - the first post of reserve - gorge Taygak (figures on rocks and figures Budda) - Besshatyr Burial Mounds (some barrows and a plenty of the established vertical stones around of them) - Singing Dune (mountain from sand in height more than 100 meters, long more than 1 kilometer, width more than 500 meters) - the post of Shagan (295 km) Walking to Taygak gorge, Båsshatyr Burial Mounds, Singind Dune. Lunch. Return to guest house Shagan. Accommodation, dinner, overnight.
2 Day. Breakfast. Transfer: Guest house Shagan - Kattu-Tau mountains (stone red mountains) - White mountains (paleontologic mountains of various colors) - Bashi village – Altyn-Emel pass (H-1711) Sary-Ozek village - Shengeldy village - right coast Ili river Tamgaly-Tas valley (figures on rocks Budda) - Kapchagay city - Almaty city (412 km). Walking to Kattu-Tau and White mountains, Tamgaly-Tas valley. Lunch. Return to Almaty.
Phototour to Asiatic wild ass and horse of Przhevalskiy in Altyn-Emel park

Photographing of horses Przhevalskiy, search on vicinities Asiatic wild ass of park. Photographing Asiatic wild ass. Return to Almaty (320 km).

At movement on national park the Altyn-Emel the machine and tourists is accompanied with the representative of park (accompanying).
When this representative of park has a motorcycle, it accompanies with the machine and tourists on a motorcycle if it does not have motorcycle, it sits down in the machine to tourists.
It is illegal!
